دکتر احمدی نژاد:

لایحه یارانه ها بزرگترین طرح در50 سال گذشته است

 وزیر امور اقتصاد و دارایی:

طرح هدفمند کردن یارانه‌ها اجرایی می‌شود

سرانجام مجلس قبول کرد

رئیس جمهور اجرای طرح هدفمند کردن یارانه ها را بزرگترین کار تحول اقتصادی کشور از 50 سال پیش تاکنون دانست . 

به گزارش خبرگزاری اقتصادی ایران(econews.ir) ،" احمدی نژاد" در نشست با مدیران استان خوزستان با اشاره به اینکه برای اجرای این طرح 3 سال کار مطالعاتی انجام شده است افزود: تاکنون هیچ طرحی به اثرگذاری این طرح نبوده است و این طرح مناسبات اقتصادی را عوض می کند . 

وی گفت: آن چه ما طراحی کردیم کار روان بدون آسیب بود و خیلی انرژی از دولت گرفته شد و حالا قانون شده و قانون باید انجام شود . 

رئیس جمهور در بخش دیگـری از سخنان خود بـا بیـان اینکه نظـام مادی به پایان راه رسیده و جهان نیازمند معیارها و نظم جدیدی است تصریح کرد تنها ملتی که می تواند این خلاء را پر کند ملت ایران است . 

احمدی نژاد گفت : عصبانیت دشمنان ما از این جهت است که هر کاری می کنند نمی توانند شرایط را به هم بزنند و ما در یک مقطع سرنوشت ساز تاریخی قرار داریم و تحولات ایران منشا تحولات جهانی است . 

وی با اشـاره بـه اینکه تـوان مدیریتی کشور بسیار بالاست و باید از این فرصتها بـرای آبـادانی ایـران بهره گیریم خطاب به مسئولان خوزستانی گفت: شما در نقطه ای خـدمت می کنید کـه تحـولات آن تاثیر گذار بر تحولات منطقه است و آبادانی خوزستان آبادانی کل کشور است . 

رئیس جمهور افزود: خوزستان هیچ گـاه تـا این حد در کانون توجه دولت نبوده است و این فرصت استثنایی برای خدمت مناسب است . 

احمدی نژاد گفت: مردم در حال حاضر از ما جلوتر هستند و بـاید این فرصت را قدر بدانیم و ضمن اجرای کارهای کلان به کارهای جزئی و روزمره مردم توجه کنیم و مبادا کارهای کلان شما را از امور جزئی مردم باز دارد . 

وی در پاسخ کسانیکه می گویند چرا بین مردم می روید و به کارهای ریز مردم توجه می کنید خـاطر نشان کرد ارتباط چهره به چهره بـا مـردم افـزون بـر اینکه موجب پیشرفت در مدیریت کشور می شود مشکلات مردم نیز برطرف خواهد شد . 

رئیس جمهور افزود: ایران در سال 1404باید به نقطه آرمانی و بـرجسته برسد و باید مشکلات را برطرف کنیم . 

وی با اشاره به طرح بنگاه های زودبازده گفت : با هر 15 میلیون تومان در بنگاههای زودبازده یک شغل ایجاد شده است ولی تسهیلات بـانکی 60 هـزار میلیارد تومانی نتوانسته است مشکلات اشتغال را برطرف کند که باید راهکارهای جدید و کارهای زودبازده ارائه شود . 

رئیس جمهور همچنین از توجه به بخش کشاورزی در برنامه پنجم توسعه خبر داد و گفت : تا 5 سال آینده 8 میلیون هکتار از زمین های کشاورزی کشور زیر پوشش سامانه آبیاری تحت فشار قرار می گیرد که سهم خوزستان از این میزان 300 هزار هکتار است . 

احمدی نژاد از اختصاص 3 هزار میلیاردتومان اعتبار برای توسعه مسکن و 3 هزارمیلیارد تومان به منظور توسعه صنایع تبدیلی در کشور خبر داد . 

رئیس جمهور با بیان اینکه مدل شهرسازی در کشور ما با دیگر کشورها تفاوت دارد افزود: باید مـدلی طـراحی کنیم کـه مـردم با ایجاد شهرهای جدید در خانه های ویلایی زندگی کنند و زندگی مردم از آپارتمانی خارج شود . 

احمدی نژاد بـا معیوب دانستن الگوی شهرسازی کشور ، ایجاد شهرهـای جدید ، بـاغ شهـر و طـراحی معماری و مسکن به شکل ویلایی را در کشور خواستار شد . 

وزیر امور اقتصاد و دارایی گفت: با ابلاغ طرح هدفمند کردن یارانه‌ها دولت تا 3 ماه آینده با ایجاد ساز و کارهای مورد نیاز آن را اجرایی می‌کند.

به گزارش خبرگزاری اقتصادی ایران(econews.ir)، "سید شمس‌الدین حسینی" افزود: با توجه به تایید لایحه هدفمند کردن یارانه‌ها توسط شورای نگهبان دولت خود را برای اجرای هر چه سریع‌تر این طرح مهم آماده می‌کند.

وی افزود: طرح هدفمند کردن یارانه‌ها برای استفاده بهتر و مطلوب‌تر از منابع موجود در کشور است تا زمینه حیف و میل میلیاردها تومان از بودجه و سرمایه کشور برای دود و ترافیک برچیده شود.

وزیر اقتصاد و دارایی خاطرنشان کرد: طبق قانون دولت فرصت دارد تا 3 ماه بعد از ابلاغ قانوان توسط شورای نگهبان طرح را اجرایی کند که با توجه به اینکه دولت از قبل همه اقدامات لازم و ساز و کارهای مورد نیاز را فراهم کرده آمادگی اجرای این طرح را دارد.

حسینی تصریح کرد: دولت نشان داده برای اجرای طرح هدفمند کردن یارانه‌ها بسیار دقیق و کارشناسی شده فعالیت کرده و در این زمینه همه تمهیدات لازم اندیشیده شده است.

وی گفت: در این راستا تامین بسته‌های مختلف اقتصادی در دستور کار دولت قرار دارد که به مرور به اطلاع مردم رسانده می‌شود.

وزیر اقتصاد و دارایی اظهار داشت: اجرای طرح هدفمند کردن یارانه‌ها یکی از نیازهای جدی و اساسی حال حاضر کشور است و دولت مصر به اجرای هر چه بهتر آن است.

حسینی در ادامه در خصوص نحوه تعیین برخی مناطق کشور به عنوان مناطق توسعه یافته که منجر به افزایش مالیات بر حقوق کارکنان این مناطق شد، ابراز داشت: بر اساس قانون مالیات‌های مستقیم بحث تعیین شهرها و مناطق کم توسعه یافته بررسی و به تصویب هیئت وزیران رسید.

وی خاطرنشان کرد: در تعیین این مناطق به تناسبی که بین میزان پیشرفت و توسعه این شهرها توجه شده و بر این اساس این شهرها انتخاب شده‌اند.

وزیر اقتصاد و دارایی با اعلام اینکه در تعیین این شهرها کار کارشناسی گسترده‌ای صورت گرفته، عنوان داشت: اجرای این طرح هیچ تاثیر جدی بر توسعه‌یافتگی یک شهر نخواهد گذاشت اما با این حال در صورت وجود برخی اعتراضات در این خصوص دولت آماده تجدیدنظر این موضوع بر اساس کار کارشناسی است.
